BOOKPLATE FOR DR. OTTO KAHN.
About 1910. 15 cm wide and 19 cm tall. Lightly attached to album leaf. In near fine condition. Shows face of a prestigious man (probably Kant, Goethe or Schopenhauer whose names are on the box that surrounds his head) with a garland round his neck, hanging circular roses, a flying owl and a beautiful draped woman holding a hammer and possibly a chisel seated on top of box next to a row of books. Highly attractive. Bookplate / Ex Libris.
