N.P.: (1808 [or later]). An Essex album of late 18th and early 19th century engraved views, cut andmounted into scrap-book form. The manuscript title gives a date of 1808, although the compilation would appear to be rather later. The views themselves, some of which are extremely scarce, date from a range some thirty years either side of that figure. Demy 4to. Twenty-six leaves, mounted with a hand-coloured map (1804), a manuscript title, 164 engraved views, a plan, and a competent 19th century water-colour of Chingford Church. Disbound. Some leaves slightly chipped and soiled.
