A complete pack of a geographical card game, comprising a rules card, a key card, thirteen index cards and forty-eight colour-printed cards with charming views and brief facts on the leading towns of Cheshire, Cumberland, Durham, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Lancashire, Monmouthshire, Northumberland, Shropshire, Westmoreland and Yorkshire. A (slightly defective) sheet of advertising material loosely inserted in the case suggests a date of issue perhaps late in 1901. Sixty-three cards - 90 x 70mm (approx. 3-1/2" x 2-1/2"). A complete set of the third series, with its original case. Very good.
