Macmillan & Co. Ltd. 1933 1st edition. 236 x 163mm. ppxvi,328 + numerous illustrations. Neat non-authorial inscription on front free endpaper. Very slight marking and very slight bubbling to cloth. A very good copy in the original first issue green cloth. This is Byron's 4th book. Born in 1905, he was drowned by enemy action while on his way to Cairo as a war correspondent in February 1941.
