First edition. With the three Borneo stories: ‘A Haunted Jungle’; ‘The Rajah’s Diamond’; and ‘The Sarawak Gazette’; and also ‘Changhi’ which is set in Singapore. Boyle lived in Sarawak in the early 1860s and these stories are based on his own experiences.
