Milano Direzione del Movimento Futurista 1919 (marzo 1919) 29x23 foglio stampato al recto e al verso manifesto redatto in collaborazione e sottoscritto con Enrico Settimelli e Mario Carli. In appendice "Il movimento futurista artistico è separato dal movimento futurista politico. Infatti il movimento artistico futurista, avanguardia della sensibilità artistica italiana, è necessariamente sempre in anticipo sulla lenta sensibilità del popolo. Rimane perciò un'avanguardia spesso incompresa e spesso osteggiata dalla maggioranza che non può intendere le sue scoperte stupefacenti, la brutalità delle sue espressioni polemiche e gli slanci temerarî delle sue intuizioni". Al verso, dopo la chiusa: "Roma Futurista - Giornale settimanale del Partito Politico Futurista...". Il manifesto fu pubblicato su "Roma Futurista" Anno II n. 9, 2 marzo 1919. In appendice il testo "L'azione futurista prima, durante e dopo la guerra", pubblicato contemporaneamente come manifesto a sé stante con il titolo: "Le Futurisme avant, pendant, après la guerre". Edizione originale.
