Roma 10 ottobre 1962 29,7x21 1 foglio redatto al recto, 20 righe lettera autografa datata e firmata, indirizzata al poeta Libero de Libero (Fondi 1906 - Roma 1981): "Caro Libero, devi sapere che sul primo numero della rivista Il Bruttanome (ma che nome!), qualcuno aveva scritto che io ero scomparso, come corista vagante per il mondo. Ora, è ben vero che per diletto cantai da basso Luca Marenzio, Joaquim De Près, Palestrina, Ravel, Strawinsky et ultra, a Londra, a Parigi, etcetera, nel Coro dell'Accademia Filarmonica Romana, diretto dal ciociaro Colacicchi; è ben vero tutto ciò, ma oltre a questo, ho fatto altre cose. Alcune delle quali sono documentate nel secondo numero del Bruttanome, e te lo mando perché, se gli dài una sbirciata, ritrovi il tempo della nostra giovinezza, quando senza conoscerci ancora, parlavamo già la stessa lingua. Una notizia. Se riusciamo a sbarazzare un locale, Paola ed io metteremo un tavolo di ping-pong. Ti costringeremo a giocarvi sopra finché diventerai campione. Ciao caro, ho sempre voglia di vederti. Tuo Carlo Belli".
