A contemporary cutting tipped in describes his verse as "simply dull". Blanchard's work is regarded as superior and is referred to as the sort that "might pass muster in an annual". Signed by Wilberforce opposite the title-page. 24 pp. undated advertisements. Spine dulled, upper cover lightly damp-stained.
