Wien, UE (VN E.S. 41) [1928]. 30.5 x 23 cm. ii + 40 pp. Printed wrappers, loose. First edition of the Lyric Suite for String Quartet, movements ii, iii and iv, arranged for string orchestra. The working copy of Clemens Krauss, who conducted a performance of the piece in Vienna on January 23rd 1932. The manuscript marks and alterations in this copy were made by Krauss during a rehearsal at which the composer was present.
