All books are subject to prior sale. Florida residents please add 7%
sales tax. Institutions will be billed to meet their requirements at
their request. We accept payment by check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard
and American Express) or by PayPal on the Internet.
Any item may be returned for any reason within ten days of receipt.
Domestic Shipping and handling charges are $4.00 with USPS media
rate shipping or $9.00 for Priority Mail. Add $1 per volume
for each additional book(s). International orders are shipped via the least
expensive means of airmail that may be used for the book(s) ordered,
usually, Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope, for a shipping fee of $13.00. Overweight or atypically sized books may
require an additional shipping charge.
