| Sales information: | All books subject to prior sale. Payment with order, unless by prior arrangement. Institutions may be billed at our discretion. Price of book does not include S&H. Domestic books ship media unless other method requested. Domestic S&H costs includes postage, handling & delivery confirmation. Media Mail ($4.00), Priority ($6.00), or UPS available--for UPS please email for options and costs, determined by weight. Please remember that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. International shipping to be determined but we prefer Global Priority whenever possible. Connecticut residents must add 6% sales tax.
