| Sales information: | Payment with order please. Payment may be made by Canadian cheque, US funds check [drawn on an American bank], money order, Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard. Payment may also be arranged by Pounds Sterling cheque. ILAB members and booksellers known to us may request billing. Institutions and established customers may also request billing. Canadian customers may request billing in Canadian funds, and will be quoted at current rates of exchange. GST will be added to all Canadian Orders; Customers who wish their books to be sent to Atlantic Canada will be charged HST on the postage portion of their order only... Postage is extra. Please specify your preference of surface or airmail when ordering. Expedited postage to Canadian destinations will be charged at cost, and calculated according to postal code. Ordinarily insured surface post to USA is USD$9.95 per book; $4.95 each additional book thereafter. Parcels weighing less than 1 kg., may be sent by expedited mail [with a tracking number; insured; usually 4-6 days] for USD$22.00, or by insured airmail [usually 5-7 days] for USD$12.50 Faster mailing options are available and will be quoted upon request. Heavier parcels will be quoted. All parcels to international destinations other than the USA, will be quoted individually. All books with the designation: [Oversize*] immediately before the price are heavy books that may require extra postage, whether sent by surface or by air. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Books may be held, but for firm orders only; we do not hold for quoters. Any item may be returned, [well packed and in the same condition as received], within seven days of receipt, for refund. |
