| Description of shop: | Bookselling since 1969. This business established 1982. Since 2005 I have operated from a home office and warehouse space. We also provide services in the description and preparation for sale of records of unusual or significant cultural activity. We focus mainly in the area of literary property, author archives, manuscript and correspondence, but have a broadminded approach to the creative process and the notion of artistic venture. We advise on the organisation of such papers and materials and offer consultation towards valuation and eventual sale.
We are the Australian agent for Editions La Petite Maison, and for Jean-Claude Lesage's Peintres Australiens a Etaples. Australian Government Cultural Gifts Program: In accordance with section 30-210 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1977 Nicholas Pounder is approved to value: Twentieth Century Autograph; Literary Manuscript; Author and Publisher Archives; Personal Papers; Small Press Materials; Artists’ Books
