Our first bookfair for the year is the California International Antiquarian Book Fair being held in San Francisco 15 – 17 February 2013. If you click below you can download our catalogue which features Borget’s rare plate book Fragments d’un voyage autour du monde [1850] with fine views of Honolulu etc. and other travel accounts (real and imaginary) by Forster, Sparrman, Lesseps, Thunberg, Bryon, Anson, Turnbull, de Foigny, Keate et al. We have selected fine books in the arts, including a bold Leger illustrated program for the Ballets Suedois, manuscripts by Tolkien, Beckett, Greene and Tubou II (King of Tonga) as well as a complete set of Harold Gaze’s Mite Merry series of surrealist children’s books.
